About City Depths: Smuggler's Port
Long ago, the Old City rose into a great empire that fell before a terrible enemy - an enemy that promptly left after defeating their foe. You can still see the remnants on the edge of Old Town, where the city wall was never completely rebuilt and tracks remain empty and unused. An old pier and watch post sits on the water, with broken pier spans and a polution clogged drain from below. Little does the city watch know that smugglers bring illicit goods into the city under the cover of night, through the drain and into Smugger's Port, a cave that also serves as an exit from the ancient sewer. The Vue version main chamber has pre-lit lamps on all three docks.
Connects with Black Market and Smuggler's Hall, allowing greater options with Ancient Sewer Tunnel (expansion) and Ancient Sewer Tunnel 4-Way.

City Depths Volume 1 takes you to a new level: below ground! Below the Old City lies another world, shrouded in mist and mystery.The City Depths series introduces a new paradigm in 3D models, designed to work together using a pre-defined connection system we call MeshConnect ™. MeshConnect models contain uniform connections between sections, allowing you much greater flexibility in creating custom configurations using pieces found in each set. In addition, connection pieces can be found between each set, allowing each model to infinitely expand upon the next.
The Depths Series
Meshbox Design's Village series of models are extremely popular with artists and animators. The Depths series (of which City Depths Volume 1 is the first) all have the following elements in common:
Internal Use. The series focuses on "internal" scenes though they will often also include a portal or external building where the "depth" orginates

High Resolution Texture and Bump Maps. The series uses texture and bump maps that are higher than usual. This allows artists to pose characters in nearer proximity to surfaces and proces exceptional results.
Props. The Depths series include a higher number of props, allowing greater reuse.
RPG Friendly. The Depths series was developed to give storyboarders, wargamers and table-top RPG gamers the assets they need to make fresh, 3D illustrations for their games.
