The time traveller's first working travel device - in 1888! After the discovery of a mysterious dark purple crystal material found inside of an ancient and long buried meteor, the time traveller set about using its extra-dimensional capabilities - combined with Victorian era, steampunk style engineering and loads of faith in queen, country and the King James Bible. The first machine is fragile, yet combining some startling features, including a spider like suspension (made with early springs and wood!), a comfortable chair, brass fitted control panel, three four handed clocks, jeweled controls and more. This model also includes deconstructed parts so you can decorate or crash it as needed.
About The Time Traveller Volume 1
The traveller begins! The Time Traveller Volume 1 is the first century of time travel - beginning in 1888 and ending in 1889, and includes matched versions of the Time Traveller's Laboratory and a time machine for each era in the century (four pairings in total). Each one builds upon the last. So also begins the Schism of 1888, wherein two who would later become allied hidden masters - H G Wells and Jules Verne - battle for ideological supremacy and the new world of science.
